Incorrect Disk Limit

Hello,

I have upgraded the plesk to 8.3, since then I have disk limit problem for one of my domain

The Limit has been exceeded on domain abc.com owned by client xyx on Server1

Disk space usage: 8388607 T
Disk space limit: 7.324 G

Is there is any fix for this ?

Try running Plesk Reconfigurator > Repair Plesk Installation and Disk Permissions

Solves many problems.

What does Windows report the file size is - correct?

What about backing up delting the domain then restore?

I'm getting the same issue as the others. With a disk usage of : 16777216 TB

I initially ran these commands :

"%plesk_bin%\statistics.exe" --disk-usage
"%plesk_bin%\statistics.exe" --process-domains=domain.tdl

However, none of these options were effective. So far the only way to fix it I've found is to backup the PSA for the domain, remove it from the Plesk console, and then restore the domain's PSA. Is there anything else that can be done?

We ran

"%plesk_bin%\statistics.exe" --process-domains=domain.com

in an attempt correct this issue. Still, nothing happened.

Any advise towards troubleshooting this issue is highly appreciated.
