Incorrect product version format

    Hi
    I commise an error, I use Windows Install Clean Up for a problem with my Plesk and unistall the information about Plesk. Now, rightly, I can't upgrade the license, the error is:

    Incorrect product version format

    How I risolve the problem? I can remain with this version, is not problem, but can I Retrieve new Key manually?

    Hi,

    yes you can retrieve the key with following steps :-

    Login to your Plesk >> click on "Server" at left pane >> License Management >> under Tools section click on "Retrieve Keys" >> it will retrieve your Plesk key.
