IP assign problem amd64/centos 3.4 (long)

Hi, I have a problem with IP adresses - there is no way to add them. :)

The web config says "no argumens from client app" so I tried to call /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/ifmng -a and see some shell output. Well, it shows nothin. :eek:

system is a clean centos 3.4 x64 on a dual opteron with plesk 7.5.3 autoinstaller.sh install. the i386 libs are for sure installed as you can see.
All is up and running, qmail, http, etc.
