    Plesk Documentation says:

"In Plesk each domain has virtual hosts configuration stored in a separate file:

    /home/httpd/vhosts/<domain-name>/conf/httpd.include"

Who is responsible for documentation on the httpd.include?

Thats a plesk managed file, you dont want to edit it. The vhost.conf and vhost_ssl.conf files are probably what you are really looking for

There is a section in manual about vhost.conf files where you can find more information.

Also, KB has a lot of articles about vhost.conf with examples.
