LEK Hash/Pin Change Issues

    Hi,

    We have the old Modernbill v4.4.2 and today we changed our LEK Hash using http://www.pleskbilling.com/support/lek.php?lekVersion=4

    However, when we enter the hash and new pin in Modernbill, we noticed that we could no longer view decrypted credti card information.

    With the new LEK pin when we want to view a decrypted credit card in mordenbill - we click on "View Decrypted CC" on
    the client's info page, we enter the new LEK pin and enter our mordernbill password when we click "Submit" the screen says "CC Number: Unable to decrypt credit card."

    Does anyone have idea what could be wrong and how we can resolve this issue?
