License keys won't update

We use a leased Plesk version on of our servers.

Currently we see this message:

"You are currently operating within the grace period of your product license. To update your product license select the Retrieve Keys option from within License Manager."

Retreive keys in License Manager says:

"Key update temporarily disabled because of installation"

How do we fix this? Is there a lock file somewhere?

I try to reboot server , and update again , it's worked!!
You can try it.

Thanks. Rebooting is not an option. I received the new keys from plesk support.

Did you ever find a solution to this problem?

No. We went with the keys provided by plesk support.
