Log files error

I am not able to delete logs of website using PLESK control panel. What setting i require to do, so i can able to delete logs from control panel. iS ONLY ARCHIVE LOGS ARE WE ABLE TO DELETE? or daily gentated log files also we are able to delete. How to archive log files?
