mail service start automaticly?

Hello,

I have backdoor on my server, and I did not yet solved problem.
That malware sending a huge amount of adult mails...
I firstly stoped mail service from Plesk CP, because for now I don't need it, but that service started automaticly after one of two days...
Is that doing some of Plesk's automation scripts, or I have bigger problem with malware which is able to start proccesses?
