mailbox stopped working how do find causes

all:

noticed that one of domains setup on aplesk 8.2 fir windows server one emailid stopped functioning suddenly error being "Warning: The messages addressed to [email protected] will not be delivered, as the mail name is neither a mailbox, nor redirect, mail group, or autoresponder." when client reported this logs show may be he tried to delete and recreate mailbox.
when checked the mailaccount was disabled in panel , we renabled it and it started working .
again after 4-5 days client reported that mailbox has stopped working
When we ran the maintenance it started working. It has happened twice.
I couldn't find anything relevant in admin action logs under plesk panel, the second time , first time there were few entries like domain traffic limit exceeded

i am trying to disgnose why is this happening in particular domain and that specific emailid and what are the causes

This utility reconfigures MailEnable records in accordance with Plesk database.

Hello, I'm getting the following error:

Unable to remove the mail names: mailmng failed: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (Error code 32) at delete file C:\SWSoft\Plesk\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Postoffices

Does anyone knows how to fix this?
