    Hello

When going to Domains - click on a domain - Mail - Mailinglists , there is only the option to add a mailinglist with also the possibility to add e-mail addresses.

When clicking on Help then (left under) it gives an explanation how to add and configure mailinglists.
It says "Click Mailing Lists in the Services group" but there is no Mailing Lists button, only: Mail, DNS Settings, Databases, Certificates and ODBC data sources.

Check for in the manual for "Configuring a Mailing List" which options should be available.
    Also the stated "http://lists.<your-domain.com>/mailman/admin/<listname>"
does not work, and isn't configured under the webserver (IIS)

How can I administrate my mailing lists

    Hello Sergio01

Like you I was confused with the mailing lists. The manual Parallels puts out for Windows IS the same as the Linux/Unix one. They don't change anything. There is no mailing list management for Plesk on Windows. The manual/help section is VERY misleading for pretty much ever aspect of Plesk on Windows.

    Hi,

Mailinglist administration is not available with windows as it doesn't use mailman. You have to administer mailinglists
    directly from the server.

I use hMailServer as my mail server with Plesk. I have noticed if I do anything in hMail directly, Plesk will not pick up the changes. I would suggest not doing much outside of Plesk because it doesn't recognize changes made outside of the program.

You would install hmailserver directly onto the server and select it as your mail server within plesk.

    1) You need to go to http://www.hmailserver.com/?page=download and download the latest Production build onto your server.

    2) Open the hmail installer file (which you just downloaded). Follow the install instructions and it's recommend to use the build in MySQL server that comes with hMail. See http://www.hmailserver.com/documentation/v4.4/?page=overview for more install information.

    3) Log into your Plesk control panel as the admin. Go to Server --> Components Management --> Refresh. Once the page refreshes scroll down to Mail Server. Click on Mail Server. If you have hmail installed correctly it will now show up on the mail servers page. You need to select hmailserver and put in the administrator password you put in while installing hmailserver.

--- using email services can be found at http://download1.swsoft.com/Plesk/Plesk8.6/Doc/en-US/plesk-8.6-unix-administrators-guide/24906.htm

    4) Log onto your server and begin setting up hmail to fit your needs. See http://www.hmailserver.com/documentation/v4.4/?page=overview for configuration options.

    ---

If you have any questions regarding hmail install/configuration you will need to post them at http://www.hmailserver.com/forum/
Everyone at their forum is more than willing to help out.

    --

Almost forgot. You will need to disable ALL Mail Enable servers on your server so it will not interrupt hMailServer. That can be done from the Services manager on your windows server.

Problem when subscribers answer to the mailing list e-mail

I'm using windows and I don't know to config a way that subscribers don't receive the e-mails that others answer to the mailing list e-mail. This is a big problem, as a mailing list, this shouldn't occur...
There is anyway to solve this?
