Can you help me I didn-t find any solution on the knowledge base, I tried the MaxClients=1 but no change

Thanks

Well, the message is pretty much obvious:

[17/09/08 12:57:43 W] [1594] You don't have enough network licenses for configured number of network clients. MaxClients reduced to 1

where I'd say your license expired (even with that second license not yet expired)

If you renewed your license you can try deleting the previous one before installing the new one.

Thanks, I removed the first licence but same problem.
(the message for the expired licance has disapeared)

And the problem didn't occur at the renewal but probably during one of the update of plesk.

The problem is probably around the database, i Cheked the rights and their location and everything seem to be OK.

The last line is intriguing:

Command /etc/init.d/aveserver reload was executed with code 1

Code 1 would be error, no? What if you try to execute it manually to see if it spits some more output?

Well, the aveserver log shows the errors, the error 1 is only a return code telling kavupdater that something is wrong.

In fact the error logs is not really explicit, my hope was that someone had the cure for this problem :)

Thanks for helping.
