Migrate CBM data from Plesk10 to Plesk11

    Hello,

    I'm interesting to migrate all CBM data from P10 to P11. I'm building new P11 server to which I will migrate all users and want to have all clients history(orders, invoices) in CBM from P10. It is possible somehow?

    CBM doesn't support per-account migration from one CBM instance to another.
    We considered the scenario when two billing instances run simultaneously as quite unnatural.

    If you want to migrate from Plesk 10 to Plesk 11 per account then the only option for you is:
    1. Build new Plesk 11 server without CBM
    2. Attach it to CBM 10.4
    3. Migrate one account from Plesk 10.4 to Plesk 11
    4. Reassign subscription in CBM - in subscription profile there will be a dropdown with the list of panels and button "Reassign"
    5. Remove given account from Plesk 10
    When you migrate all accounts, you can upgrade old srver to 11 version to get CBM 11.0.9

    Another option is to migrate all accounts simultaneously:
    1. Build new Plesk 10 server with CBM
    2. Create full Plesk backup from old server
    3. Create full CBM backup from old server - I can give you instruction how to do this.
    4. Restore backups n new server
    5. Upgrade new server from 10 to 11 version.

    Hi,

    To back up CBM state you need to have the following dumps:
    1. Dump of 'billing' database from MySQL
    2. Copy of file '/var/lib/plesk-billing/local.db'
    3. Dump of 'task_manager' database from MySQL if you use CBM 11.0 and higher

    On Windows file from item 2 is located in '%plesk_dir%\admin\db\billing_local.db'

    When you have all these dumps, you can install clean server, install license and then restore the dumps/replace the files.
    Then run '/usr/share/plesk-billing/integration --command=repair-all --hostname=domain.com' to check SSO and integration aspects.
    CBM should start working.
