Missing NS record.....STILL

    I was told that this bug would be corrected in 2.2, looks like I was lied to by 'support'.

    The issue still exists where only one NS record is created in a domains DNS records when using CDNS. ns1 set as master, ns2 set as slave to the master. Only the ns1 record is created, the ns2 record remains missing.

    I am not getting anywhere with this so called 'support' and have not been able to use Expand since I purchased it in April!! Over 3 months I have waiting for this fix which is appalling.

    And where are the Expand 2.2 forums?? :rolleyes:

    SHGreg, dev.team is deeply sorry of that problem. Support didn't lie to you, this fix was included to 2.2 release, but after 2.2 released we have detected that the problem still exists.

    Can you make both of your DNS servers as masters? This will make you possible to start using Expand right now and we will check twice that the problem is fixed in the nearest patch.

    Hi Expand,

    I will not set them both as master as that creates lots of other problems, as documented in one of my support tickets.

    After posting this thread I had a response to my ticket (#355830) informing me the fix will be in the next Expand patch, so I am left waiting for an indefinite amount of time.....again.
