more errors when adding domain

    ERROR 1) When adding the domain initially

    ---------------------------
    Microsoft Internet Explorer
    ---------------------------
    Failed domain creation: Unable to update domain data: Failed setting of domain parameters: Unable to init DSMailLists object:Unable to update dns zone for domain: Empty error message from utility..
    ---------------------------
    OK
    ---------------------------

    ERROR 2) When trying to add the domain again

    ---------------------------
    Microsoft Internet Explorer
    ---------------------------
    Domain capewinemakersguild.com already exists
    ---------------------------
    OK
    ---------------------------

    Any help will be nice!

    P.s I had a similar problem with another domain. The initial error was different though - Dump error. I could not resolve this issue either. See post http://forum.swsoft.com/showthread.php?s=&postid=135357#post135357

    For those who are interested - we fixed this problem by deleting the domain info from the Plesk database by hand in the following tables:

    Deleting 1 entry in "domains" table
    Deleting 11 dns records in "dns_recs" table

    how did u access the Plesk database?
    It doesnt give us option to edit it.

    Try changing your port number when connecting via query browser to 8306

    Thanks this worked great. However I had to delete the mailboxes from mailenable also
