    MySQL/CGI failed - PSA Failed

I getting the following error. MySQL and CGI have stopped working. Think it may be permissions related. Any ideas??

    ERROR: PleskFatalException
Unable to connect to database: get_admin_password() failed: file_get_contents() failed:

    0: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/common_func.php3:169
psaerror(string 'Unable to connect to database: get_admin_password() failed: file_get_contents() failed: ')
    1: /usr/local/psa/admin/auto_prepend/auth.php3:88

    Permissions

It was a while ago - I was still running FC1 which is not supported anymore. I ended up doing a full upgrade to CentOS 4.2 which fixed all my problems.
