No space left in /tmp: clamd error

For some reason my mail suddenly stopped being delivered. After some research I found out that I've run out of space in /tmp. However I can't find anything in there that could be taking up all the space. Here's my df output:

Anyone any ideas?

Edit: it seems that it's only outgoing mail that's not getting through - so this may not be related to the lack of space on /tmp. I'm still concerned this could cause problems elsewhere though.

Right, the problem was that the virus database updates were taking up all the space in '/tmp' and causing the error. As soon as I freed up space by deleting them, the mail started working fine. Now I just need to make sure that this doesn't happen again - anyone know a way that I can assure all updates are deleted on a regular basis, or that clamav is limited to the amount of space it can take up in '/tmp'? For now I think I'll just create a cron job to handle - but there must be a better way...
