Hi,

WEB-Server (Apache) shows allways off but its running. I just can restart or start Apache in Putty.

Plesk allways says
Unable to make action: Unable to manage service by websrvmng: websrvmng: No such file '/etc/init.d/httpd': No such file or directory
System error 2: No such file or directory

0: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/common_func.php3:158
psaerror(string 'Unable to make action: Unable to manage service by websrvmng: websrvmng: No such file '/etc/init.d/httpd': No such file or directory System error 2: No such file or directory')
1: /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/server/restart_services.php:28

There is no httpd in /etc/init.d/.

Do you have two instances running?
Also, did you set it to be enabled in chkconfig?
