    Where can i disable this in PLESK i need it for a conversion

    Generally it is possible to disable it in /etc/php.ini, but it is not recommended because of security reasons.

    You can also add into VHOST.CONF from one domain to another ann open basedir, in this way you avoid to open to all domains and you close it to a directory.
