PB to Hsphere, not provisioning

    I am trying to get my Plesk billing to provision my Hsphere Cluster but keep getting the following error

    ProcessPanelCommand: HSphere connection Error: Could not open socket

    Any ideas anyone?

    I've never used HSphere but could the error be firewall related?

    I've gotten a bit further. The cause of the error was that on my Hsphere Cp I needed to have the ip of my Plesk Billing server in a file called allow_access.properties and the relevant permissions set correctly.

    My PB installation is now able to speak to Hsphere via the XML API.
    However, all is not ok yet. The provisioning keeps failing with errors.
    In hsphere the account gets created but stops with an error that no singup_Id was found.
    It appears that PB is not passing the signup info through during the panel call.
