Plesk 11.5 and Web Presence Builder Backup Failing

We are having this problem on 2 separate servers which would imply the following is a BUG , and have proved the issue off on a test server. We are in contact with Parallels Support team Parallels #1710938 but are getting nowhere fast. we are wondering if anyone has tested or experienced the following or could test ?

Parallels Plesk Panel 11.5.30 MU #13 CentOS 6.4 (Final) 64bit

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

When you restore a full backup created with Plesk Backup Manager (we found this also happens with the migration tool) any websites created in Web Presence Builder that contain a Slider do not restore correctly. Web content ie httpdocs is correct, however when you click on edit webiste in the control Panel you will be presented with a Create a New website page and the original edit content vanished,

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Create or edit an already existing site in Web Presence builder
Add the slider module to the Web Presence Builder site
Backup the server / customer
Restore your backup
Go to the customer control panel
Click edit website- website will have no editor content and ask you t ocreate a new site.

ACTUAL RESULT

After restoration of client the WPB software has no content and asks you to create a new site

EXPECTED RESULT

After restoration of client the WPB software has previous content

ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This only seems to happen to sites with the slider module. however we have one site that does'nt work and they do not have the slider module
Comparison of the database before and after restoration shows a lot of differences.
following error identified ion logs with no futher info : Error: Site (131cb3ad-99dc-b4e9-9d26-4b42535f9621) can't be restored.
