Plesk 8.6.0.1 License Management Hangs

    Hello,

    Earlier this year we upgraded from 7.6 to 8.6.0.1. We have a new license key to upload. I logged in as admin and try to click on "License Management". It acts like it is working but never goes to the page to upload the new license. Any ideas?

    Starting from Parallels Plesk Panel (PP) 8.1 version keys with .xml, .zip, .exe extensions can be installed using the following command:

    "%plesk_bin%\keymng" --install --source-file=file.ext

    Please, try to use this command to upload the key. Also please check the following article for more information:
