Plesk 8 backup - creating empty files

Guys,
I just finished the upgrade from 7.5.4R to 8 for Linux, and stay surprised with the Backup tool.
( /usr/local/psa/bin/pleskbackup --all plesk8.bkpfull )

When i used the plesk backup, the file created is empty.
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 0 May 30 10:14 plesk8.bkpfull
Withuot error messages or instructions on the screen.

I´m using HedHat Enterprise 3., The same wich work property with 7.5.4R version.
(Linux fenix.eiconbrasil.com.br 2.4.21-40.EL #1 Thu Feb 2 22:32:00 EST 2006 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux)

Can Somebody help me with this issue?

This issue has been fixed and updates have been published on ftp sourse
ftp://download1.swsoft.com/Plesk/Plesk8.0/

Do you know where the backup files are stored by default on the server? I have created a few backup files through the control panel, but cannot locate them on the server.

This is a serious bug, we cannot do any backups at all, why isn't this fix posted on the plesk updater yet?

Unhappyly, the original version without updates persists in the page of the Plesk.

Until today (09/06/06) don´t have a fix patch or notification at Forum.

When the soluctions is just install newest build of backup utility and migration manager on the ftp server.

I´m thinking in to migrate my mail server to an Exchange,
