May I know what is required when Plesk 'Exchanging information with licensing server'? I already opened the necessary firewall port, eg. 5224, 80, etc.

Also when I issued 'wget -d http://autoinstall.plesk.com/plesk.inf3' I got this response from wget:

[root@localhost ~]# wget -d http://autoinstall.plesk.com/plesk.inf3

whereas if I download it directly from my workstation then I was able to download.

Kindly advise. Thanks.

Hello

From the description I think the problem is that currently installed Plesk license cannot be upgraded up to
9.x version. "Exchanging information with licensing server" is the procedure to check whether license key
is upgradable (i.e. has SUS on it). I advise you to write to Parallels sales department and clarify whether
the license key can be upgraded: http://www.parallels.com/support/request/
