Plesk Billing (Email Support)

    I am trying to send in an email support request, but the site keeps kicking me out saying that I am giving an invalid Key Token/Support Code? Anyone know why? Tech support gave me a TB.number code but it isn't accepting it.

    Why,
    It's never answered over there.
    I have a questioned opened there for 4 months and not reply from Parallels that fixes this issue

    For 3/4 months I have had to manually create a license file, just to keep my modernbill running..
