    Hello

We have tried to have Centralized Mail working. Expand will only migrate Accounts and Domains, no User mailboxes are migrated with the option to include mailboxes content unselected.

If we try to migrate with the mailbox content it will give an error

    <packet version="2.2.4.1">

At the problem report it states:

    Error code: 1023.
    Error description:
    Given Ip type is different

Can't figure out what this is.
The plesk servers are 8.3/8.2.1/8.1.1 the CMail is on a Plesk 8.4

Also, if we deassign the plesk server without eliminating the accounts on the Cmail server, it just eliminates the plesk server from the list of the mail server. It will not rollback the process (dns server and removal of the button)

Then if you assign again the plesk server it will alert us of the client already created on the Cmail server.

If you deassign and request to eliminate the clients from the Cmail, it will rollback the configuration on the plesk server, remove the buttons but it will end on error, because the named is not started and it looses the connection.

It has been very stressing and we are totally disappointed with expand. The SUS has already ended (only 1 month we took longer to find a break to install it)

    Appreciate some help
    Pedro Dias

    Hello, Pedro

Seems to be you have a domain with hosting configured with one IP, but in DNS records of the domain you have another IP address.
This is known Plesk issue, it will be fixed in Plesk 8.4.1.

You should upgrade your source Plesk servers (not Cmail) up to version 8.4.1 to make everything work fine.

    best regards,

Hello Bers, thank you for your advice, but

I do not consider telling us to update Plesk to a version that it is not available yet is of great help. Plesk Expand is not cheap, it states it is compatible for versions 8.2 and up. We have comply with that. And after all it is not compatible??? We must have the latest Plesk not yet released ?

When we needed support we found out that the SUS limit is of 1 month? It should be 1 year, since you do not have the software stable enough.

We had to work during 48hrs non stop to make the migration of all the accounts manually, our clients stood that time without mail, when Parallels should have given us support and take 10% of the time and effort to do it.

How can we trust on your products if the purpose of why we bought the product is not working ? And on top of it, we do not have support directly from you guys for more than a month?
