    While adding new domain we get;

    ERROR: PleskMainDBException
    MySQL query failed: MySQL server has gone away

    Additionally, an exception has occurred while trying to report this error: PleskMainDBException
    MySQL query failed: MySQL server has gone away

    0: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/common_func.php3:216
    db_query(string 'delete from Limits where `id`=791')
    1: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/class.Table.php:392
    Table->delete()
    2: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/class.aListSQL.php:193
    aListSQL->deleteList()
    3: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/class.BsDomain.php:374
    BsDomain->update()
    4: /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/domains/create_domain.php:164

    MySQL Status is OK and Working

    re-trying the same action works
