Plesk Upgrade not allowed to use sendmail utility

after Upgrade from 12.18 zu 12.5 "all" users cant send Email.

DATA REPLY:554:5.7.0 The message could not be sent. You are not allowed to use sendmail utility.
REJECT during call 'limit-out' handler

there are many different articel in kb.odin i dont now which is the solution.

Which one have you tried? Any results?

as a quick solution I have now the limit for outgoing emails completely disabled because the servers are on a lot of customers.

i have tried no one of the articel because im not shure which is the right one.

crazy that's it so far only 2 of 5 servers is not working

Could you check the option: Tools&Settings > Mail Server Settings > Switch on limitations on outgoing email messages > Allow users and scripts to use Sendmail

"Allow users and scripts to use Sendmail" was enabled before upgrade to 12.5 and after.
Because they are many customers on the server who could not send emails, i have disabled "Switch on limitations on outgoing email messages" completly.

plesk repair db and plesk repair mail are without errors
i think that still db inconsistency exists.
can you help me like our last conversation. i have checked some databaseentries but did not found the error.
