Plesk with remote servers?

Hi,

I'm fairly new to the whole hosting control panels and I installed Plesk on one of my servers.
I noticed that MailEnable has been installed onto that same server, together with the Plesk install.

But I want to use my MailEnable that's installed on a remote mail server. How do I do this?

Same thing for my nameservers. I have 2 nameservers installed, but how do I connect them to Plesk?

not sure that you can do that out of the box in v.10.
You probably need to develop that by using event manager by yourself.

Damn, that's weird.. I thought that connecting different remote servers was the whole point of a control panel..
But thanks for your answer ^^

You can have NS and mail server on different servers but you can't manage them from Plesk :(
Let say you have Plesk and standalone mail server.
When you open new domain on plesk you need to manually open that domain on remote mail server.
Or you can use event manager and create script which will connect to remote mail server and open new domain but you need to develop that.

Allright, but that's too much of a hassle for me, to manually open every new domain on the remote mail server.
I have been trying some other control panel who does this automatically for me, so I think that I'll stick with that one then..
