    Hi,

PPA installer should check if the following packages are installed, as it relies on them:
Currently these packages are not checked and install fails.

    Regards
    Kristian

    Hi KristianM,

I agreed and we will add additional checks to installer. In most cases, these packages are installled by default.

    Best Regards,
    Andrey

    Hi,

just came to me, but one should also check if "wget" is installed.
I know 99,9% of all admins will have it installed as one will most probably use it for downloading the installation script,
but one might have a copy of the script on a USB device or whatever. So it should check if wget is available :)

    Regards
    Kristian

    Hi KristianM,

Sure, all external utilities except for "/bin/*" "/sbin/*" will be checked in script to avoid problems during instalaltion.

    Best Regards,
    Andrey
