Problem with Site Preview

Hello,

I have a problem entering Site Preivew to all sites.
It gives me an username+password window but the ftp or domain username is not correct.
Then is writes: 'You are not authorized to view this page'

I viewed the permissions of the Plesk/Isapi folder and the permissions seems to be OK.
The group psacln has read+execute permissions.

The sites are working fine..

How can I fix this problem ??

Hi,

Try to open in browser site via ip that is used for domain hosting, like http://111.111.111.111

Try to set default web site(test whether it can be browsed without problem) for ip in Plesk (Server > ip addresses > click hosting opposite desirable ip).

Hi,

I tried opening http://111.111.111.111, it gave username + password.
I changed the default domain for that IP and it worked.

Thanks very much.
