qmail-default +TMDA !

Doesnt Plesk reads .qmail-default files inside an /var/qmail/mailnames/domain.com/account/ ?

Im setting up TMDA on an account but Plesk says account doesnt exist when I try to confirm !

Change the first character for each user a/c in /var/qmail/users/assign file
from '=' to '+' and run /var/qmail/bin/qmail-newu. Without this, qmail will
not understand extension addresses and so any confirmation will fail.

Have you made sure they exist in that directory? Plesk does not create these in the

/var/qmail/mailnames/domain.com/account/

directories. The only place they would normally exist by default is in:

/var/qmail/mailnames/domain.com/.qmail-default
