I had Sitebuilder 1.1.1 before but i upgraded my plesk reload 7.5.3 control
panel yerterday to include the sitebuilder module and since then it stop
working so i uninstall the SB 1.1.1 and install SB 2.0 from scratch.

I've been trying for hours to get this SB 2.0 to work but not luck.

I would appreciate any help with this issue.

Thanks

Miguel

I had the same Problem

Hi,
I had the same problem, and resolved it by using a differnt user and password while doing the install. In my case I used the same username and password used by psa database. like I said if you have ways to check what username and password that mysql is using to create sitebuilder database. Once i figure that out I deleted sitebuilder database and reinstalled again without any problems. I know the docs tell you to use root but in my case it was not root neither sb_user.
Hope this helps

Problem Fixed

Thanks,
I did try that last night unsuccessfully. I did have an long encryted password so i changed to a short simple one and things went fine now.

Thanks for your response. I fixed the problems.
