    Hi Everybody,

I'm trying to shed some light to the problem of sitebuilder 2.0 installation.
All the rpm were installed fine but when i try to finish the installation at:
http://sitebuilder.mydomain.com/install/install.php i get the following error:

Process of installation has come to the end with failure. Database tables
    have not been created...
    Please, check it...
    Details see in /usr/local/sitebuilder/log/install.log file.

and my install.log is as follow:

    failure.
Database tables have not been created... Plea se, check it...

I had Sitebuilder 1.1.1 before but i upgraded my plesk reload 7.5.3 control
panel yerterday to include the sitebuilder module and since then it stop
working so i uninstall the SB 1.1.1 and install SB 2.0 from scratch.

I've been trying for hours to get this SB 2.0 to work but not luck.

I would appreciate any help with this issue.

    Thanks

    Miguel

    I had the same Problem

    Hi,
I had the same problem, and resolved it by using a differnt user and password while doing the install. In my case I used the same username and password used by psa database. like I said if you have ways to check what username and password that mysql is using to create sitebuilder database. Once i figure that out I deleted sitebuilder database and reinstalled again without any problems. I know the docs tell you to use root but in my case it was not root neither sb_user.
    Hope this helps
