Which version of Plesk are you using? This issue is fixed in v7.5.5 and there is a hotfix for this if you dont wan't to upgrade.

You're probably referring to skeleton (read online manual about this section in Plesk Control Panel) and you can define your own (in other words, you can delete all files that are put by Plesk on your client's new account, or put your default documents to newly created accounts).

even though the skeleton shwos only 2 folders and one html file when a site gets created a bunch of folders and files are posted ino the sites.
why is this ?

Your users should upload files to httpdocs folder.
Other folders are generated by default by Plesk, but visitors from Internet cannot access them. Only folders that are in httpdocs (these folders are in skeleton file).

i understand that but plesk is installing a whole website template that i don't want it to install it, i check the skeleton and i doesn't have a whole site template in it, from where all these files are coming frrom ?

I understand all folders must be there, but what i don't want is for accounts to get created with so many html files. I simply want a default parking page in the httpdocs folder and I am failing to find out how to acheive this.

Make your own default skeleton file and every time you create new account, your skeleon gets installed instead of Plesk's.

i did, created folders, a parking page and zipped it , then uploaded it.
Created new account and the domain gets all template files of another site ignoring completley the skeleton I just uploaded.

It only applies to newly created sites, do if you have old site that was created with previous skeleton, you have to delete/upload your custom files manually.

right, that is why after I uploaded my new skeleton I created a new account but the old templates are there again, not my newly uplaoded skeleton.

No errors in Plesk or in event viewer ? Please check both, if any post'em here
