    Do you have any hint on upgrading vrom v3 to v4, what are the risks? any way to revert back to v3 in case of serious issue

    Upgrade to v4 must be smooth :) Make full backup of /usr/local/sitebuilder and sitebuilder3 database before upgrade.

    P.S. Really upgrade procedure is rather simpler, then from v2 to v3 :)

    To backup database you can run something like this:
    mysqldump sitebuilder3 > sitebuilder3.sql
