    Hello,
    i have found many errors in maillog:

    qmail-queue[16133]: scan: the message(drweb.tmp.wlVhBT) sent by adrianna@freemail.com to info@mydomain.de passed by configuration but the message has not been checked due to license limitations

    The log is full with this messages...
    Can you help me?

    Probably you have no Dr.Web license?

    First few mailboxes are processed for free, but if you have more - you need to buy Dr.Web license (provided in form of SWsoft additional key).

    Hope that helps.

    But we have a "no limit" license for plesk-mailserver.

    We now have over 5000 mail-adresses on this server.

    On centralized-mailserver is see no additional keys!

    I have the same problem..

    I have a few hundred email account on this server, and I'm supposed to have unlimited dr.web..

    Ensure that you really have Dr.Web additional license key installed. See Server / License Management / Additional License Keys page. If you really have it, but you still get the errors - contact SWsoft support service. There is a chance that license key verification failed due some system misconfiguration.
