Spam filtering disabled all Mail! - Please Help! **URGENT**

Running a Plesk 8 Server with about 30 domains.

Spam was getting out of hand so applied different maps settings as suggested somewhere on the forum and enabled maps spam filtering. Spam appeared to be filetered, but virtually all other mail also except mail from the server. Attempts to change back setting resulted in fatal errors:

<<<<< END ERROR

Only after restart was it possible to enable disable maps settings again, however mail still didn't appear to get through. Only some mail from server, but it appears not all even. External mail appears to have been reduced to a hand-ful a day from a few hundred a day. Absolutly sure nearly all mail is not coming through.

Summary of things attempted:
1) enabling/ disabling maps spam filtering with forum suggested settings and original default settings
2) enabling/ disabling SPF spam protection
3) restart
4) communication with Plesk support since Friday, but there appears to be no responses over the week-end, after several emails and phone calls

Can do some basic command line checks, but obviously not a linux guru.

Clue as to what may be going on here? - your help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
