SSL certification still exist in Plesk CP despit I have deleted it

Regular Pleskian
Hello to everyone ,

I have setup a new SSL certification which I bought recently ,
this SSL certification is going to be used as shared SSL certification .
also I have deleted the OLD SSL certification , and now I have only the new one under server>certification

but the strange thing is :
when I enter to Plesk CP , Plesk CP still using the old SSL certification .

The deletion of the OLD SSL certification was successfully , I sure on that.

so what do you say about it ?
or the specific question which needed to be is :
How to choose the SSL certification which Plesk is using for the Control Panel (not for the Shared SSL because in this area I don't have problem)

OK, I think I figured this one out.

1. Export that certificate as a pem file by clicking on the diskette on the far right of the certificate list screen.

2. Go to the installation folder for plesk and then go to admin/conf. i.e. C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\conf

3. Find the file named ssl.conf and find out what the value of SSLCertificateFile is (make sure you find the one that isn't commented out).

4. rename that file (mine was called httpsd.pem and was in that same folder) to httpsd.pem.bak or something like that.

5. Copy that pem file you just exported into that folder and rename it to the value from the file (i.e. httpsd.pem).

6. Restart the Plesk Processes (I restarted them all, but you probably only have to restart one of them).

7. Try it out. That worked for me.

Good luck.

why to work hard ???? !!!!

just do the next :

To set the certificate to be used by Plesk, you need to go to Plesk--> Server-->Certificates check the certificate you want to be used by Plesk and click 'Setup'.
