fix

Hi,

this is a known issue by Parallels, please contact the support to get the needed patch.

Best regards,

dKuwi

Nobody seem to care here, put back old statistics.exe and it will fix the problem. I think more of a problem without fix is that you tell me your IP of the server and I kill your application pool without hack, only with browser.

It doesn't work here. No error does something for 5 minutes but there is no new report :-(

I see what the problem is... It makes statistics for all the subdomains but not for the main domain :-( The statistics.exe is still bad, please fix it.

help me please...

Gentlemen,

Thank you for the reports.

Please download updated modules SiteAppStatistics.dll, statistics.exe and copy it to %plesk_bin%.
Please backup old modules before copying.

Any feedback is appreciated.

The above .dll and .exe did not repair my failed statistics, which have stopped working since Plesk upgrade to 8.6 from 8.2 revision.

When I attempt to access reports, I get the following error:

WARNING: LastLine parameter in history file is '20080806065120' so in future. May be you need to correct manually the line LastLine in some awstats*.domain.com.conf files.

What does this mean: "... so in future." ???

And "May be you need to correct manually..." - but how? It does not say HOW to correct manually.

Please help. Statistics are very important to site hosting customers. Thank you, Parallels.

Hello Rubens,

Modules from post http://forum.swsoft.com/showpost.php?p=211771&postcount=9 are updated again - please try.

Newest 'statistics.exe' and 'siteappstatistics.dll' have provided fix for our two problem issues above.

Thank you, Sergius.

Statistics works but the generated page shows 56 visitors instead of nearly 10.000 we have.

I have lost my confidence on Swsoft.

Hello jerry,

Could you try to fully re-generate statistics with updated modules? It is probable old files make distortion.

Also, could you provide output of the command

"%plesk_bin%\statistics" --http-traffic --process-domains=<problem domain name> --verbose

?
