Suspend and Auto-Suspend Emails not sending

    We configured the setting for Auto-Suspend (enabled auto suspend feature and auto-suspend notices) but the notices are not being sent out. Packages have been suspended as expected, but the client doesn't receive any of the notices warning them of the impending suspension. I've check the email template groups, the auto-suspend settings, the events queue, the debug logs, etc. but can't pinpoint why the emails aren't being sent? I can also see the timestamps for the suspend log in the database - just no emails.

    Anyone else having this issue? Know of a fix?
