I've enabled TCP/IP Filtering on Windows 2003 R2 Standard Server.

After applying this settings, it takes up to 30 seconds to locate any website on the server.
Also I can't navigate to any external website from the server.
I also can't resolve IP's based on domain names.
I've doublechecked that port 53 for DNS is open on TCP and UDP.
Kinda lost here
