You can find template packs for old version 3.0.x here on FTP storage: ftp://download1.swsoft.com/SiteBuilder/templates/3.0.x/
But there is only set of packages available. The thing is that most of the templates were redisigned and old ones could not be distributed anymore because of some restrictions. So for now only part of templates available. Please check it up.

Could you please provide the full output of the error message?

If MySQL really installed try to make installation of templates with "--nodeps" option. Does this RPM-based OS?

What does "dpkg --list|grep -i mysql" says?

Well, can try to suggest following way in this case:

    #dpkg --force-depends -i business-pack4_3.0.20070903-1_all.deb

Also, try to run "# sb_config --update_templates" after that to make sure that connection with DB is ok and template list can be updated properly.
