Update Problem

I just updated from 8.0.1 to 8.3, and now when I go to Plesk I get a blank page. Luckily HTTPD is up, but email is not working (I get a failure about HTTPD_LOG_D not defined).

I googled the errors, fixed my psa.conf, then enabled errors on Plesk itself, it was a problem with messages_en-US.php, so I applied the fix found here: http://forum.swsoft.com/showthread.php?t=43591

Now, what should I do at this point? It's still showing 8.0.1 at the front page. I don't care if I stay at 8.0.1, as long as it doesn't break anything else. Other than that, I need to get PDO working somehow.

Thanks...

Here is tail end of the log it emailed to me:
