How long did the initial upgrade take most of you? I've been waiting for 30 minutes.

I ran "ps aux | grep rpm" and can see that the system is still installing, it is just taking a very long time and I'm starting to get worried.

Maybe nobody is reading this but I want to keep it up-to-date incase anyone else has the same issue. I went and checked:

psa_8.4.0_cos5.build84080425.19_problems.080503.10.14.log
psa_8.4.0_cos5.build84080425.19_problems.080503.10.17.log
psa_8.4.0_cos5.build84080425.19_upgrade.080503.10.14.log
psa_8.4.0_cos5.build84080425.19_upgrade.080503.10.17.log

and from what I can tell everything has worked fine and it should be up soon as the base package has finished installing!

Update: all of my sites are back up and Plesk is up! (update is still running...)

Ok, so update took about 90 minutes. I have no idea why. Sites were down for about 30. (I probably should have run this at 1:00 in the morning.....) I have a dedicated server, so it really should have gone quickly for me.

No worries, everything is back up and running now!
