Upgrade 9.0 to 9.2.2 lost license key

Kinslayer

New Pleskian
Hi

About 3 or say days after above upgrade, I got emailed this message.

The Key is terminated. The plesk_9_unix_demo.xml key has been provisioned

If I try 'retrieve keys' it's tries to do it for the demo key and doesn't work.

How can I fix this?

License key that was installed in Parallels Plesk Panel before you tried retrieving new key has status "terminated" in Parallels Key Administrator. The license key could not be retrieved and demo license was installed.

Please contact your saves representative or Parallels Online Saves Team for details. You may contact Parallels Online Saves Team through http://www.parallels.com/support/request/

I had my hosting provider reissue the key.

For the record the problem was because I had additional language packs installed.
I had to uninstall these packs before they could reissue the key.
Of course this had to be done through the command line since I couldn't use the panel.

Surely if my license doesn't support additional language packs I shouldn't be able to install them?
Surely this shouldn't break between upgrades and render my panel unusable?

Anyways, all working now... thanks for the quick reply.
