Upgrading to Parallels Panel failed.

hi, my configuration: plesk 11 on centos 6.5.

This morning plesk noticed to me that the upgrade failed and this is the message:

Adding my name to the list. I'm running three servers with Plesk 11.5.30 and two of them (CentOS 6.4 final) tried to update last night and failed. I tried manually updating the last server (CentOS 6.5 final) just a few minutes ago and got very similar error logs:

Please note that non of my servers have had issue's (auto-)updating Plesk in the past. It would be appreciated if the Plesk team makes this a top priority and lets us know the best way to fix this.

P.S.

There is no /root/.autoinstallerrc file on my servers.
As stated by ArmandoC, these files do exist:
/root/.autoinstaller/microupdates,xml
/root/.autoinstaller/options.ini

P.P.S. I've just sent the complete autoinstaller3.log file from one of my servers to IgorG. This contains more in-depth information on the autoupdating process.

I had the same problem on 3 machienes. 2 x centos 6.5 and 1 x centos 6.4. All are plesk 11.5.30. It is fixed after doing following steps:

- see the updates fail, the log is the same as described here
- swear/trow something/curse at the monitor/plesk/the taxman
- close the update
- close plesk
- open plesk again
- now there is a yellow error line at the top asking to repair the failed update
- click the repair link.
- close plesk when it reloads
- open it again
- open/run the updates trough "tools & setting"

--> the update now runs ok and after it, it was MU 27 without any errors about failed update.

step 2 is optional, but it helped me.

# /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --install-component base

# export PLESK_INSTALLER_DEBUG=1
# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller --debug

And send me PM with debug autoinstaller log.
