urgent help needed

    here is my smtp_psa file which i made.

    but somehow i am still getting spam from china IP : 222.149.139.114

    not working properly as i have mentioned

    can someone help me how can i block set of ip and some ip blocks?

    As i am still receiving china spam daily i want to block it.

    Why not block the IPs at the firewall level?
