view control panel on net

Gene02,

I am assuming that you are running a Windows server with Plesk 7 because of the forum you posted in.

-Have you changed anything on the server?
-Has the control panel ever come up for you?
-Are you using a software or hardware based firewall that might be blocking port 8443?
-Is the Apache web server running and set to listen for IP address 69.93.13.191 on port 8443?

no the control panel has never worked out side of localhost
I read some stuff on the apche but it is not configured or running looks like this may be the problem I know nothing about it so I will do some more reading. I turned apache on and I guess I must configure it because that didn't help. Thank Gene

Did you install Plesk yourself, or did your server provider install it for you. Are you using a Windows server?

yes windows 2003
and yes I installed myself may have been foolish move maybe

I have opened port and still can not get my control panel to open same errors. does anyone know where I can find tutorial on this
