What's wrong with one domain mail?

This weekend one domain can't send or get mail, due this error:

Sorry. Although I'm listed as a best-preference MX or A for that host, it isn't in my control/locals file, so I don't treat it as local. (#5.4.6)

And another problem:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at asas.tvs.lt.
I tried to deliver a bounce message to this address, but the bounce bounced!
