xinetd restarts, qmail problem

Xinetd has been restarted by itself on our plesk server and shut down qmail. He tried to restart it, but something gone wrong.

Here is part of watchdog log. As i understand, it is his fault? Can you tell me something about my suggestions?

I got exactly the same problem at Fedora core2 with psa v7.5.4_build75060118.18.
I have the same entries at my watchdog log file and this at my /var/log/messages.

Mar 10 06:18:34 host xinetd[24917]: Started working: 5 available services
Mar 10 06:18:35 host qmail: qmail-send shutdown succeeded

I don't understand the last command.
At 06:18:34 the qmail has been started and at 06:18:35 (1 second after) has been shutdown!!!!!

A little research i have make it seems that if we disable the watchdog to monitor qmail the problem will be solved!

Yes, you are right. Watchdog shuts down qmail by some unknown reason. I guess it is some kind of bug.

If you will shut down watchdog everything will be ok. I did so...
