All wordpress plugins and updates have errors

AlexTech

New Pleskian
Hi,

I'm using plesk with apache and wordpress and having trouble with installing or updating plugins.
After every install through the wordpress admin i get the error "install failed: could not copy file", when updating i also get errors about zip files.

The tech team have checked and the permissions are correct, but is there anything that could happen with ownership as it is a shared server? Are the permissions different for a shared server?

Also the plugins do install and can be seen as installed on the dashboard and they do update, but all with errors.
